A Bit About Garcia's Wellness LLC
Garcia's Wellness LLC is a community based company. We are located in Rural Arizona in the Southwest part of the state. We provide Peer Support/Life Coach services to our participants. At this moment our services will be provided to adults and hopefully in the future to younger participants.
Our mission is to provide dignified attention to redefine health and wellness through rediscovering your skills and strengths, creating judgment-free atmospheres, promoting respect and reducing stigma, and helping to empower your lives by making positive changes.
Our Vision is to educate the community with dignity and equity providing daily tools and local resources, identifying opportunities to recover their lives.
Something that makes us different from other services is that we will be providing personalized, private and follow-up services in Spanish and English.
Something about me
I want to introduce myself by giving you my education background. I have my B.S in Psychology (2010), and Master of Ed in Human Relations (2013) from Northern Arizona University. Peer Support Certify by NAZCARE Inc (2015). Certify Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (2016), Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (2016) by The First Institute of NLP and DHE and The Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. I am also a certified Life-Relationship Coach.
Apart from my education and trainings, I have over seven years of experience in the behavioral health field and Life Coach. During this time I have had to work with people in different stages in their life's and provided the support they needed to achieve their desire goals.
Services
Initial Consultation
During this meeting we will see what you want to work on, and see how I will be able to provide that Support for you. We will also see if I am the right person to support you.
Wellness Plan
It is important to have a Wellness Plan that its fit for you. What better way that is one created by you.
Peer Support
As we know there are times that we need people to talk to, and sometimes people to help us see another point of view. With Peer Support you will get the support you need, and we will meet you were you are. That means that we will move at your own pace and not make you move at someone else speed.
Life Coach
Apart from Peer Support there are times when people need to work on defining, and seeing what personal goals they want to achieve. We will provide all the Support needed so you can see what you need to reach your personal goals.
